The Excel version is 636KB, and may be better for printing in other sizes, e.g. Letter. You can also adapt it for your own purposes, e.g. for slower marathon times, or for more granular estimates within your expected range, or for Marathon spectators who know their exact position on the course.

To edit for your own purposes, unhide row 2 and sometimes row 3 on each sheet. There you'll find the distances used to calculate the times.

The Excel version also includes the two macros StripeyOn and StripeyOff which can be applied to each sheet. Therefore you will probably need to allow macros in order to open this in Excel.
